Prices
All prices incl. 25% VAT and in Danish kroner where nothing else is mentioned. The prices are only valid within Denmark's borders, but excl. The Faroe Islands and Greenland. Reservations are made for misprints, tax and currency changes.
Payment
Racing Kids receive payment by Visa, Dankort, Mastercard, Maestro. Payment will only be charged to your account when the item is shipped. Racing Kids Webshop encrypts all your card information with the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorised persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction.
Delivery costs
Delivery within DK to the nearest GLS packing shop:

Shipment abroad:
Within the EU: 120.00 DKK
Outside the EU: DKK 150.00
Delivery
Racing Kids typically deliver within 1-3 business days. Reservations are made for sold out items and deferred delivery time at Racing Kids. Orders received during the weekend or on public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
Warranty
As a customer, you are of course allowed to complain over a product that has faults or defects that were present when the item was sold. The warranty applies for two years and includes manufacturing and material defects.
Any dispute between Racing Kids and the customer is subject to Danish law.
Cancellation
You have as a customer 14 days right of cancellation. If you use the right of withdrawal, the price of the goods will be refunded, but not delivery costs.
When you want to use your right of withdrawal, you must pay the return shipment yourself, unless otherwise agreed.

Please note that we do not receive packages sent by COD (Cash On Delivery)
If this is a complaint, please include adequate information with the package to promote the expedition. Include a copy of the invoice/order confirmation.
We recommend that you use Post Nord when the item is returned and that the item is sent as a parcel post. In this way, it is possible to trace the package in Post Nord's system, and it thus eliminates any doubts as to whether the item has been handed over to Racing Kids.
